Problem Description

*S. Himmelstein and Company offers different types of torque transducer calibration services as follows:

3 Point Cal – 3 ascending points, 1 descending point.
10 Point Cal – 10 ascending points, 10 descending points.
3 Point Cal, As Found, As Left – Calibrate 3 points up and 1 point down as received before any work is performed, then check out and make any necessary repairs.  Do a Final (As Left) calibration 3 points up and 1 point down.
10 Point Cal, As Found, As Left – Calibrate 10 points up and 10 points down as received before any work is performed, then check out and make any necessary repairs.  Do a Final (As Left) calibration 10 points up and 10 point down.
3 Point Cal w/TC - 3 ascending points, 1 descending point with TC (Temperature Compensation) and speed run.
10 Point Cal w/TC - 10 ascending points, 10 descending points with TC (Temperature Compensation) and speed run.
3 Point Cal, As Found, As Left w/TC – Calibrate 3 points up and 1 point down as received before any work is performed, then check out and make any necessary repairs.  Do a Final (As Left) calibration 3 points up and 1 point down with TC (Temperature Compensation) and speed run.
10 Point Cal, As Found, As Left w/TC – Calibrate 10 points up and 10 points down as received before any work is performed, then check out and make any necessary repairs.  Do a Final (As Left) calibration 10 points up and 10 points down with TC (Temperature Compensation) and speed run.

Please contact us for the cost of the different calibration types.  Repair charges are quoted separately after our receipt and inspection of the unit.  No repairs are performed until we receive your approval to proceed. An inpsection fee of $140.00 will be imposed if no calibration or repairs are performed on the unit.
