We are pleased to announce the new MCRT® 39000X Series 2-wire, 4-20 mA Torque Transmitters. These robust, non-contact devices are available now. They are mechanically and electrically interchangeable with the original MCRT® 3900X Transmitters which they replace. Advanced features incorporated in the new Torque Transmitters include hardening against electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by IGBT-based adjustable speed drives. These new units achieve a tenfold increase in noise immunity when compared to earlier models. Other improvements include higher accuracy, extended torque ranges and higher operating speeds.
Robust MCRT® 39000X transmitters have very high safety margins with 400 percent overload ratings. They feature bi-directional operation from stall to maximum speed, signal filtering, and an NIST traceable calibration performed in the makers NVLAP accredited* laboratory (Lab Code 200487-0). Stainless steel shafts, splash proofing and permanent lubrication enhance performance and provide long, maintenance-free life. Standard models are available in capacities from 25 through 2,000,000 pound-inches. Both shaft and flanged types are offered.
